How we stay in business: You pay a monthly fee between $0 and $40.00 (maximum) depending on the benefit you receive during that month. Get Nothing, Pay Nothing.

A nominal fee of $7 is charged to your account when you receive a Request for Proposal (RFP) matched to your Precise Specifications and Self Defined Project Selection Criteria. Qualified sales inquires are only $2. For your protection, monthly charges are capped at $40 regardless of activity. You pay the lower of your monthly usage or the $40 monthly cap. Members only pay for qualified project opportunities they receive. Pay nothing unless we deliver. After your 60-day trial period, we begin to accrue and invoice you for the RFP’s and Sales Inquiries you receive. You can cancel anytime by writing “cancel” on the remittance stub and returning it without payment. You owe nothing.

Credit Card: In lieu of receiving monthly invoices, processing, issuing a check and returning payment by mail, you may choose to provide credit card information to simplify monthly billing. If you choose to cancel your membership, any charges accrued during that month are voided. You owe nothing.

Annual Prepay Option: Pay $360 per year for unlimited service. Save 25% off the monthly maximum rate by prepaying. Ideal for high volume users.

Project RFP is for a General (Lead) A/E, Specialty A/E and/or Constriction Manager only.
Member agrees to host at least 3 major projects per year in the Virtual Plan Room and direct bidders to the XLTOOLBOX Virtual Plan Room in their Bid Notifications.
