XLTOOLBOX is a regional database that spans the construction industry. From professionals involved in the project development phase through businesses that
provide construction materials and supplies. You provide us with detailed information on your business and update it as needed. These company profiles are as comprehensive as your specialty requires.
XLTOOLBOX
matches construction projects with provider qualifications and preferences. Your project needs may generate a short list of qualified Architects or a multitude of specialty contractors and suppliers. Use the network of providers generated by the system and (optionally) include your own confidential list of preferred non-member providers.
XLTOOLBOX
provides a conduit for information between buyer and provider. The RFP Wizard transmits a standard form request for proposal to those providers that match project requirements. The recipient accepts or declines the opportunity and the Wizard keeps track and reports responses. The Wizard also verifies that all follow up messages and addendums have been sent and received.
XLTOOLBOX
electronically delivers plans, specifications and addenda. A complete set of documents can be sent with each RFP or can be posted in the Virtual Plan Room. Plans may be password protected if desired. You can review this information on screen, download and print or order hard copy as needed.
